As the Tasbeeh of Shahrullaah il Haraam points that along with Tawheed e Rabbaani the most important thing that becomes an integral part of the Ibaadaat of this merciful month is Istighfaar meaning seeking of Forgiveness and Redemption from every kind of sins and mistakes. It is the key with which every servant of Allaah Ta'aala opens his account of Ibaadaat of Shahr o Ramazaan.
There is no one in this world who do not commit sin. Humans are created in such a way that during his daily routine he will do mistakes and will suffer forgetfulness. Exception from this human nature is Nabi, Wasi, Imaam and their deputies. All of them are assigned a great responsibility to guide people and show them ways to reduce their sins or seek pardon from Allaah Ta'aala. For a sinful person these ba-barakat days of Shahrullaah brings forth manifold opportunities for Du'aa and repentance.
Conditions for Forgiveness:
- Feeling of Shame for the bad act that is committed and the acceptance that it will bring torment from Allaah Ta'aala.
- Repentance for the sin and the promise that the same will never happen again.
- Fulfillment of the Huqooq others who deserves it.
- Accomplishment of the Acts of obligations that were wasted but were compulsory in making faith more meaningful and strong.
- The fat and meat that came up on the body in doing unlawful deeds should be melted down by weeping out of shame in sajadah uptil the newly the newly formed meat comes up between the skin and bones.
- The way in which the taste of the disobedience was lustfully taken, in the same manner the bitterness of obedience should be willingly tasted to get remedy of all kinds of inner illness.
Rasoolullaah SAWS ascended on his Mimbar and said "Aameen". When inquired he replied that, "M. Jibra'il AS directed me to say Aameen because from my ummat, the one who gets the Barakaat of Shahrullaah but is ignorant in seeking forgiveness or penalty of his sins then he has lost a great treasure and will be dishonored in both the worlds till the next Shahrullaah arrives." Saying of "Aameen" by Rasoolullaah SAWS in respect of sacredness of Shahrullaah is a clear proof of it being the best days of the year. |
