Mulaaqaat e Mufeedah of Madrasah Teachers with Aqaa Maulaa Saiyedna saheb (tus)

In the back-drop of the final exams of al-Madrasat ut Taiyebiyah and the declaration of the results, On 11 Jumaadi ul Ukhraa 1443, Da'i uz Zamaan TUS summoned every teacher (ustaaz) of the Madrasah at the his holy residence Devdi Mubaarak to give necessary hidaayat and naseehat for imparting Deeni Taiyebi Ta'leem more effectively, efficiently and dynamically.

Aqaa Maulaa Saiyedna saheb TUS fondly remembered his days in the Madrasah when he took special classes of grown-up students nearing to the age of Bay'at.  Maulaa vividly explained the method of teaching at that time.  Those students are now parents and they cherish those years when Aqaa Maulaa being on the darajah of Ma'zoon, still gave such dars o ta'leem that is hard to forget.  He further elaborated to the defects and flaws of the present mu'allims in teaching pattern, weakness in adopting innovative techniques, reluctance in building rapport with the students and their parents, negligence in imparting the basic ma'lumaat for faazil days and nights etc.

The points which were put forward that needs to be improved:

  1. Pronunciation of Arabic Alphabets - Makhaarij
  2. Personal conduct
  3. History of Du'aat e Mutlaqeen and Mawaali e Taahereen RA
  4. Referring to the akhbaar Mishkaat ul Haadi
  5. Constant reading and practice of Lisaan ud Da'wat
  6. Involvement of students in various activities
  7. Annual Tour to Surat and Ahmedabad
  8. Various Competitions relating to our Taiyebi Festivals

It was noted that Madrasah's administration has improved and evolved positively while stepping up the mark set by past administrators. Since last 2 years during the Covid era, the management handled robustly Online Deeni classes and it is still going on apart from the regular sessions.  Aqaa Maulaa praised the well execution of present vast reach of madrasah around the globe where Mumineen are aware of the importance of Madrasah Deeni system. But, criticism need to be treated as a new opportunity for any healthy institution.  The same is the case with Madrasah.  Aqaa Maulaa TUS said that, Due to the disinterest in research and theoretical mindset of the teachers, practical outlook is somewhere lacking in routine teaching.

Finally, the hadiyah was distributed to all the mu'allims with his/her positive and negative points written on the cover.  Aqaa Maulaa Saiyedna saheb TUS praised the efforts of mu'allims on keeping the Madrasah ta'leem afloat during challenging times and hoped for better outreach to the students by inculcating interest in Deeni Ma'lumaat through various activities.
