  76th Independence Day 2022:

75 years of Indian Independence, the inspiring struggle stories of its freedom fighters was vividly remembered throughout the Nation on 15th August 2022, the 76th Yaum e Azaadi e Hind.  To make this national celebration special to the hearts, Baroda Cyclopedians in collaboration with Madrasah Taiyebiyah organized a Flag hoisting program at Nooraani Masjid, Badri Mohalla at 10 AM.  Ma'zoon ud Da'wat Saiyedi Sa'eed ul Khayr'Imaaduddin saheb DM headed the program and said that, "Its our prime duty to remain loyal to our Nation.  To work together with other communities for its progress.  The land which has given us safety and sustenance, is to be deemed in high respect.  Tricolour is a sign of National Integrity and Communal Harmony.  This is a peaceful zameen of our Da'wat and Rightful Deeds."

The program culminated with a distinct rally marking the National Spirit of our Alavi Brothers.  It indeed became the eye of city celebrations when it got passed through the busy Chowkhandi area with all participants adorned with White jubbah and topi.  The pupils of Madrasah Taiyebiyah added extra Josh in the rally with the slogans of "Hindustaan Zindabaad" reverberating the Maahol.

After the end of the rally, the students of Madrasah Taiyebiyah did activities related to Independence Day on the first floor of Nooraani masjid.  Around 150 students wrote essays on different topics like, Freedom fighters of India, Flag of India, Love for the Nation etc. 7 best students were selected for their writings and were appreciated by Ma'zoon saheb DM.  A surprise  activity was also organised and the students had to pick up random chits and select a topic and had to speak for 2 mins. All the students performed well and were greatly appreciated.

We say something special for our National Flag, Tiranga.  Orange colour on the top is Fire (anger, enmity).  The White colour in the middle is Air and Water (peace, love).  The Green at the bottom is Earth- land (livelihood).  The Ashoka Chakra in the middle of the Flag is the intermingling of air and water in proper proportion to balance the effect of fire on the land.  This is when the land turns green and liveable.  All four elements of life could be seen in our Flag.

Alavi Bohras: Flag Hoisting Ceremony

Respect to our nation and to its people is the essence and soul of our faith. This is said by Aqaa Maulaa in many of his speeches.  On 15th August 2018/4th Zul Hijjah 1439, Wednesday flag hoisting ceremony was held near Nooraani Masjid, Badri Mohalla, Wadi, Vadodara in the morning. It was well organized by Tadbeer Foundation and Madrasah Taiyebiyah.  Mukaasir Saheb did the flag hoisting while the gathering sang the National Anthem reverberating the atmosphere with patriotic fervour which included mainly pupils of Madrasah Taiyebiyah. It was our Nation’s 72nd Independence Day.  Mukaasir Saheb gave a significant and touching speech among the people present there. He said that,

“Our Deen is nothing but Mohabbat.  This encompasses the entire society.  It begins with your Deen, your family, your friends, your fellow-citizens and importantly your Nation.  It is the result of this mohabbat that we all live on this Mubaarak land of India with respect, peace and brotherhood.  We should be with our Nation and make effort to connect with it in every possible way in all walks of our life.  It is our prime duty to love our Nation as we live on its back, we eat what it cultivates, we breathe its air and we fulfil our wishes.”

After the flag hoisting ceremony, the prize distribution function was held in Nooraani Masjid for the students who stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their classes in Madrasah Taiyebiyah. Mukaasir Maulaa said that, “Today coincidently it was 72nd Independence day, there are total 72 prizes as per different classes and in the battlefield of Karbalaa with Maulaana Imam Husain (as) there were 72 Ansaar.  Our freedom fighters laid their lives for the independence of India and their efforts freed India from the cruelty of Britishers.  The same way, the ashaab and our Imaam Husain (as) himself got martyred to give life and eternity to our Deen, Shari’at, Haqq, ‘Ibaadat and Shukr.”  So this particular day will become the most memorable for everyone as the pupils of the 1st rank got chance to reflect their views in three sentences in front of their parents.  Lastly, “The security and peace of our country is in our hands. Nation is our mother and being the children it is our rightful duty to protect it in every condition and give respect to the nation.”

Alavi Bohras: Flag Hoisting Ceremony

Respect to the Nation and its people is a part of our Faith, says Aqaa Maulaa in his number of speeches.  Tadbeer and Madrasah organized flag hoisting ceremony near Nooraani Masjid, Badri Mohalla, Wadi, Vadodara in the morning on Independence Day 2017, Tuesday.  Incidentally, it was the day of the ‘Urs Mubaarak of Saiyedna ‘Ali ash-Shaheed saheb (aq) in Ahmedabad and Aqaa Maulaa did Du’aa khaass in the Rawzah of Muqaddas Maulaa.  As we got Independence from the clutches of the British rule before 70 years, our Muqaddas Maulaa too bestowed us freedom from the hands of Injustice and Untruth before 408 years.

The security, respect and sovereignty of our Nation India is our hands.  Our Nation is our Mother.  Nation takes care and gives love to its people, so we being the children of India, we should in every aspect and in any conditions give due respect to our Nation.  This is what is our Religion.

Flag Hoisting Ceremony

On 15th August 2016, Monday, The Independence Day of our Country India, Flag hoisting ceremony was held in front of Nooraani Masjid, Badri Mohalla by the collective efforts of Madrasah Taiyebiyah and Tadbeer Foundation.  On this special occasion Aqaa Maulaa conveyed his Payaam-e-Khusoosi for the Jazbah of Wataniyat and Wafaadaari.

Aqaa Maulaa said in his soul stirring address to his mumineen on the Independence Day that,

“Who says that we are Outsiders and have come here few centuries ago? No, such people have mistaken our credentials, credibility and roots.  We have roots in this pure land of Hunaydistaan (Hindustaan) since 7000 years as this is the Birth-place of the first Prophet of Humanity Maulaana Aadam (as).  Our Da’wat originated from this land itself and here it will culminate.  Every Nation has its Identity which can be judged by its Flag (Liwaa, Parcham).  The Bearer of the Flag of our Deen was Maulaa ‘Ali (as)and it was white in colour symbolized by Qur’anic Verses.  The Dignity and Divinity of our Imaams and Da’is either in Misr or Yaman was epitomized by the Flag of Peace and Integrity.  It is a part of our Faith that, We should always love our Nation and its people.  We should respect its Flag and Constitution.  In order to live happily we should give peace to get peace.  How beautiful our Nation would look when it is dressed with the fine Fabric of Unity!  So, O my Countrymen, lets come together and live life unitedly.
